Refund/Returns Policy
We do not currently offer refunds or returns on merchandise purchased through our Sit and Play Piano online store.
Delivery Policy
Merchandise is shipped directly from the manufacturer, Printful, using flat rate standard shipping (3-4 business days after fulfillment) in the USA/Canada.
Cancellation Policy
For lessons and workshops scheduled through Sit and Play Piano website, our cancellation policy requires at least 24 hour notice (before the booking is scheduled to begin) in order to be credited with a make up session opportunity. With less than 24 hour notice, a make up session will not be offered. Refunds are handled at the discretion of the teacher.
Privacy Policy
When you book a session or purchase from our website, your personal information (email address, telephone number, name and address) is collected for the purpose of shipping that purchase or completing that session. For merchandise purchases, we pass along identifying information to our distribution vendor, Printful, only for the purpose of fulfilling your order. We do not sell your information to third parties. We will only contact you about your order or if you sign up for our mailing list.
